Actually I believe that would be the fourth wall.

Also, reference to that song = win. (It cracks me up every time I hear it)

From New York, to I'm guessing Aspen to Some mall, to some place in China.

Wao, Zanarkand is heuuuuug.

Explain this third fourth wall thing to me again, I've been told a few times but I always forget.

Also, did ANYONE get the DeLila thing?

Berry Philiac, March 29th, 2008, 11:35 pm ( Reply )

Slapdamonkey fails.

It's 4th wall. It's when fictional characters understand that they're in some sort of medium and make humor off of it. Like "Kevin isn't even in this episode, Eddy," or "This was a waste of a page."

That one chick that's on multiple radio stations and is apparently super popular. Nobody knows who she is or where she lives, which is kind of creepy.

What ARE the other three walls? *ish now very confused*

Master Ferret, June 6th, 2008, 5:14 pm ( Reply )

boring explaination
The term "breaking the fourth wall" comes from theater, where there are three walls on the stage, and an additional "fourth wall" between the actors and the audience.
So Slapdamonkey is talking about a normal wall in a theater.
